Y-Not exist since 2003,since four guys wanted to play thogever for make an emo-metal sound.The band has progressed and,with time, has changed for finally be now a punk-emo band.The members of the band are youngs (nearly 17 or 18 years old).The group progress with a good rythm and really find his style of music with his speed guitars and an emo sound who risk to interest you.The band recorded in august 2004 but the sound wasn't as they want.The next recording will be in april 2005 and the EP(self-produced) "Y-Not Is Yours" will be in store in Bordeaux and on the band's site.In 2005,Y-Not record two Live in Barbey and Fongravey and the compilation of its is call "Y-Not in Live".In july of the same year, the drummer change,now it's Martin but Peyo is back since February.The band search punk or émo concerts/festivals for progress and want to find a label.We suck like: Matchbook Romance,No Use For A Name,A Static Lullaby,etc...
