West of Yesterday is a musical endeavor that combines the lyrical and musical talents of Laurence (Pepi) Capezzone and Mick Sunter. Sometimes the creation of original music is for commercial purposes, sometimes to satisfy a desire to express oneself, and sometimes for the pure enjoyment of sharing the experience and the passion for song writing. West of Yesterday's debut CD Dancing With Angels is a collection of songs inspired by life's experiences and by life itself. It is the result of crossed paths, and the unselfish contributions of the musicians that participated in the CD. It was during a short lived weekly get together of musicians down at a barely heated boathouse by the Sound in Guilford, CT USA during the winter of 1998 that Laurence and Mick crossed paths and began to travel down a road together towards today.
