Walk of Faith was formed by the songwriting duo of Joe Jenkins and Jim Peters. Two individuals who have had a lifelong friendship since meeting each other in the second grade. At the early age of 14 they started their musical journey that has lasted for over 30 years. Through their relationship with God their music has changed from their rock roots of the 70s to the honest evocative emotional sound that you hear today. To get the full effect of their music across they needed to recruit like minded souls to form a band that would strive to create songs and lyrics that are completely honest and open, encouraging a closer walk with God. Joe's friend and guiratist Norman Cubley was the first to join bringing with him his signature guitar licks. Bassist Tim Stanley was next to join.
