Hunter founded TwistedSin with the intent of becoming a hardcore metal band. In the winter of 2003 came the addition of two members, D. Kearns, and M. Collis, and the final pieces needed to achieve their goal. After nine months TwistedSin was in Black Cat Studios recording their first demo, ( Secrets, One Last Step to Suicide, Monster in My Mind, Divorce, Cast a Spell, Last Chance, and Expired.). Over the next 2 years they played in many venues across Minnesota including The Grotto in Askov, The Battleshack in North Branch, No-Fest in Grantsburg, The Rock in Mapplewood, Station4 in St. Paul, and The Urban Wildlife Club in Minneapolis.
