What do you get when four life long friends raised on The Beatles, Led Zepplin, Jimi Hendrix, Black Sabbath, KISS, G ‘n’ R, Alice In Chains and S.T.P. decide to form a band…..………..For vocalist \ guitarist Eddy Keaney, lead guitarist Randy Cooke, bassist Steve Ubdegrove and drummer Dean Neron, it has resulted in a kick ass hard rock act affectionately known as SUM THIN UGLY. For any original band, individuality lies within a unique mix of musical influence and personality. With the release of their independent self-titled debut in the spring of 2004, SUM THIN UGLY have proven just that. From the bluesy, hard rockin’ opening track “S.T.U.” to the soulful closing ballad “Freedom” the band has shown a musical diversity that is truly their own.
