www.myspace.com/standingdownband We formed in 2004 with Jack, Ben, and Corbin as the original members. We wrote about 6 songs and recorded an EP entitled "Narwhal Nation" in Ben's attic. We sold each CD for only $1. We played a few shows and they went ok but we knew we needed to find a vocalist. A year went by with no luck and then we decided to add Tim, Jack's cousin to the band as the vocalist. It took us a while to begin writing new songs and lyrics but within 6 months we started getting noticed. We have since released another 6 song cd that was recorded in a studio. It's $5 and can be bought online on our MySpace page. We play a good number of shows a few times a month and are very happy with the way things are going. Currently we are working on a new 14 track, full-length album and hope to record it this year!
