Start with one cup of Krautrock. Add a cup of Kraftwerk. Mix in a bowl of Pink Floyd. Stir briskly. Slowly beat in laptops, MIDI synths, and live percussion. SSI should be baked in about 2 hours.
SSI are Will and John Goff who mix laptops with live percussion to bring an ambient blissed out set with raw rock infused. SSI intend to bring old school sensibilities with a modern twist.
