ROSCO P. COLDCHAIN is more than just an up start artist under the Neptune's Star Trak label, he's their franchise player. Not entirely named after Roscoe P. Coltrane of the Dukes of Hazard fame, COLDCHAIN'S name is a bit more evolved. "ROSCO was a name given to me by the street for carrying them things. P, P is for my surname. And COLDCHAIN, that's just about holding your own. Delivering it. You know, doin' you". Delivery is something COLDCHAIN has perfected. In fact, it's what got him his deal with Star Trak.
