Romina’s career has included fronting rock, funk and jazz bands; composing for new music ensembles; a music degree in classical guitar; and singing some of the most dramatic soprano opera roles in theatres and stages throughout Italy, the United States and Canada. Still, it was writing and singing her own songs throughout all these experiences that rang most true. A voice of exceptional beauty and power, she sings introspective lyrics with soulful intensity in a musical setting that is both lush with influences yet completely original; retrospective and sincere, yet pushing forward and at times, avant-garde.
