One’s mind's eye reflects back to days when crooners could really sing and pop songs really had memorable tunes. This hugely talented bluesy, country-jazz singer-songwriter deserves to harvest interest inside and outside the country community with this easy-listening album. I could rave about this and start to beg comparisons with some of the greats of the crooning-country genre (a rare breed). Richard trawled widely for subject-matter and if you enjoy sweet, true-blue, country-jazz ballads, this sensitive fare is highly recommended.
