Proof was born DeShaun Dupree Holton on October 2, 1973 in Detriot MI. Proof lived in East Detriot all his life where he met long time friend Eminem. Proof met Eminem at Centerline High in Detriot. Eminem was handing out flyers for a talent show he was rapping at. Proof and Eminem became fast friends, and went everywhere together.
