POUND formed in 1992 in East County of San Diego, CA.POUND was a metal band and played together for about a year.They played several shows and parties in San Diego,CA.POUND recorded a Demo in 1993. POUND parted ways and the band members then formed M.I. and Lock Jaw.This is currently the only website you can download POUND songs from as of July 2005.
