P-Eye-Eye have been working in the esoteric genre of experimental electronica since 1995 when they won the Future Music magazine competition for best experimental track. The prize, a recording contract with ambient / experimental label T:ME / EMIT Records, UK. Their first label release as P-Eye-Eye was on the seminal EMIT 2295 T:ME compilation album appearing alongside Coco Steel & The Lovebomb, Scanner and Woob. DJ Magazine June '95 review -- " ...Flinch not either from P-Eye-Eye's track (Lost at Sea) which jumped out and slapped me in the face with great panache! Not a 5am brainstorm from the chemically challenged as I first thought but a textural, moody one that reveals more with each pass... " The track was re-released in 2000 on a best of EMIT on Instinct Records USA, (Moby's first label).
