Hi. Ive already written a bio for NOFX which was on the main page. But i could\\\'ve written a better one, so here it is. NOFX is one of the most anticipated punkbands in these last few decades. The 3 original band members are; Fat Mike(bass, vocals),Erik Melvin(guitar) and Eric Sandan(drums). They met at the age of 17 at the Cathay de Grande in Hollywood, LA, California, but they are originally from Berkley. They released their first album \\\'Maximum Rock and Roll\\\' in 1984, which they didnt even know got released until they saw it in the shops. Also that year they did their first tour over Easter vacation. After playing a lot of shows, In 1986, a guy called Dave joins the band as lead singer, but tragically dies two months later in a car accident. In 1987, another guy called Dave joins the band as lead guitarist, and they release their first popular album, \\\'Liberal Animation\\\',in 1988, which sold 1,800 copies its first year.
