The British urban, R&B phenomenon known as Mis-teeq is made up of emcee, Alesha and vocalists, Sabrina and Su-Elise. The group first shot to fame in 2001 with their debut albulm : "Lickin' On Both Sides"(which reached number 3 in the UK charts). The albulm was hugely popular with British urban fans and went on to produce five top 10 hits with "Why", "One Night Stand", "All I Want", "B With You" and the double single, "Roll On/This Is How We Do It". By the time that the critically acclaimed albulm finally slipped out of the charts it already had went double-platinum and established Misteeq as a major force in the British hip-hop and R&B scene. The group won "Best Artist" at the UK garage awards and performed live at the 2002 Brit Awards which they were nominated in the "Best Newcomer" category.
