The Maypole is a band that was a pioneer of Psychedelic Heavy Rock and, back in the days when Led Zeppelin and Cream ruled the Pop Charts. Their record company went bankrupt just at the point of their success, this sonic treasure was nearly lost, but slowly through the years, their incredible music started to shine through, first by word of mouth, and then becoming a highly collectible record worth hundreds of dollars on today's market.
