At the age of 12 I had enough of family problems, (my mother had schizophrenic tendencies), and was strongly medicated. Therefore I asked to be sent to a children’s home. Shortly thereafter I was sent to a children’s home in the Danish town of Slagelse with my guitar and boxing gloves with me.
