Lo Lo creep is a member of the 4 block gee'z, in association wit HOT BOX ENT/GOVERNMENT CHEESE ENT. The group was formed in 2004 wit local talent from the 4, a small area in south central Los Angeles. Members of the group were picked by talent and social standings,back then the the 4blk had six members, but now only three remain do to a snake and and a member being incarcerated(Young Chark).
