LaShonda Sue Moore, better known as Shonda Sue, began performing country and gospel music at fairs and festivals when she was 8. This was the year she released her first country album, the first of many independent label projects that would follow. Now 20, Shonda Sue has 9 independent label projects. Opportunities to perform have taken her to Texas, Arkansas, Missouri and a wide range of cities and towns in Indiana. She has performed the National Anthem for the Indiana Pacers, Indianapolis Ice, the Indianapolis Indians and was even selected to sing the anthem at the inaugural WNBA Indiana Fever game when Trisha Yearwood was unable to attend. One of the highlights of her young music career was the opportunity to record her 2001 country project in Nashville, Tennessee.
