KatRose is an exciting talent who has emerged onto the Texas music scene with an impact evoked by her voice, music and songwriting. KatRose is no newcomer to music as she brings with her a wealth of musical experience in various bands and directing church choirs for over twenty years. During that time, she has written and performed her own material and arranged many traditional hymns.
KatRose is warm, openhearted and honest with a sound that lies somewhere between acoustic folk, rock, soul and gospel. Her performances convey her passion for life and her love of live music. The great female singer/songwriters such as Emily Saliers, Amy Ray, Caroline Aiken, Terri Hendrix and countless others have strongly influenced KatRose not only in music, but also in her philosophies of life itself and the world around her.
