Singer, Songwriter, Poet, and Artiste continues a tradition of making music that matters. Now going solo after years of his role as front man and guitar thrower for Twisted Nixon (1995-2001) a punk rock band, Johnny is adding to his body of work by writing songs with other artists like MarcyElle, penning poems about the issues of the day, and painting the picture.

Johnny has independently released news songs. Most recently "Kryptonite Moe and the Richy Karma Gang". Other include "Iraqi Civil War", "Saddam Don't Surf" and "Renee vs. the Drug Squad". More, Johnny has written some critically acclaimed and published poems eg. Off to World War III.

In addition to writing and playing music, Punish has done other media including The Bad Brad and Johnny Punish Show, a music talk radio pod cast show at the Mojo Zone Studio.
