Indofin, from Austin TX, is the story of six brothers brought together by music. Together for over four years and brought up on a variety of musical influences ranging from Sublime to Slayer, Indofin plays a powerful blend of reggae, ska, hiphop, and punkrock. Back in 1999, TJ Huerta, Donny Mann, and Eric Tussing moved up to Ausitn from the Rio Grande Valley in Harlingen TX. Their main goal was to start a band. TJ, a former death metal drummer and self-taught guitarist, took up songwriting duties along with Donny on drums and Eric on lead guitar. Thus was the birth of Indofin. Mike McCarthy and Justin Cook, worked with these three at a telemarketing job that first year in Austin, and they all soon became close friends. Mike started DJ-ing for Indofin and Justin eventually took on MC duties, bringing a distinct hiphop element to the band. Neil, a coworker of Eric's filled in on bass in that first year for the band.
