They successfully fuse together rock, hip-hop, punk, and pop influences that are sure to enthrall any audience. Made up of five friends with a vision for ministry and music, Identity's purpose is to serve those who are struggling to find their identity in a mixed-up, confusing world. The band devotes their time, energies, talents, and passions into helping to connect with real people with real life issues through their faith-based music. Lead singer Andrew Sanderson, raised in New Mexico, began to pull together the band as he moved across the country, eventually calling New Jersey his home. He was introduced to Gary Scheffler through mutual friends shortly after his arrival in the Garden State.
