The question has been asked an uncountable number of times; "What kind of music do you play?" For some bands, the answer is easy. "We're a hardcore band" or "we're a ska band." Ask any member of Ghosts of Sherwood that question and the answer will almost always be similar to "well... it's kind of hard to explain." That's because Ghosts of Sherwood is not exactly like anything you've heard before. In some ways it's like one thing, in other ways it's like something completely different. GoS is trying something old while trying something new. They are trying to resurrect the "hair metal" of the 80's. Maybe a better word than resurrect would be reincarnate.
