George Michael ,an englishman with greek parents,was born with the name Yorgos Kyriatou Panayioutou in Bushey(England)on June 25th 1963. Selling 75 million albums and singles over his career with 14 album(includes remix albums) releases with the band Wham(82-87) and as a solo artist(87-present),George achieved fame and a reputation as a great songwriter writing all of his own material and credited as a great performer,best selling artist and entertainer. His highlight commercial albums being part of the british infasion period in the United States were Wham's 'Music from the Edge of Heaven'(1986)which sold 12 million copies worldwide and his solo debut'Faith'(1987)which sold around 22 million copies worldwide to date and for which he took home a grammy as best album in 1987.
