The Future Funk Collective is a community of musicians, artists, and Djs. When people consolidate their resources and work together, they can achieve anything. Like a hockey team, we present multiple lineups of musicians. And like a great chef, we cook up a wide palette of musical variety. We believe that funk can sound like anything from deep grooves to white noise and screaming, and we always being our fullest artistic expression. We are currently working on our second album. Titled “They’re All Rhythm Instruments,” the album blurs the lines of funk, groove, hip hop, soul, rock, and avant-garde stylings. Our typical lineup live is guitar, keyboards, bass, drums, and sometimes vocalists. Every member of the Future Funk Collective has their own solo and band projects, full and part time gigs, and other artistic pursuits.
