It officially started forming around 2004 and now is getting even stronger. In 1999, Felonati, who had been rapping since 1996, linked up with Franchice and then history was written. After Franchice went back to hometown Detroit, Felonati joined up with J.I.N. and producers TB and Rob Maestro (no longer with F.E.R.).
