Based in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, Flashback performs music from the 60s Psychedelic and British Invasion Eras (mid-60s to early 70s). The bands we cover include The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin, The Doors, Jimi Hendrix, The Moody Blues, The Who, The Yardbirds, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Cream and many, many more. Flashback is the brain-child of George Hudson (Lead Guitar/Keys) and Jeff Beasom (Bass/Lead Vocals), the band's two original members. Our newest members are Andrew Mrasz, who also sings lead and plays a mean harmonica, drummer extraordinaire Peter Waddell and Mike Carson, our second lead guitarist/vocalist. Our ensemble faithfully reproduces the sounds of the original artists, right down to the full orchestration on “Nights in White Satin”. This is accomplished, in part, by utilizing modern synth technology to reproduce sounds like the sitar, harpsichord and Mellotron.
