FIFTY NINE VIOLETS are not your usual run of the mill kinda band, they have lyrics from a psychotic civilized society, soundbites, snap shots, and images of the times we know and live in. The muscle behind the brains comes in the form of a rhythm section so real it comes across as sensual and even downright musky. Sometimes hard to pin down but impossible to lose, it moves kinetically under killer guitar riffs.
Tunes of understated power take on the darker side of humanity while tumbling into its maw, this is a band more concerned with sharing their understanding of the world than being bought up, groomed and sold by the pound.
