In the early ‘90’s Luca Martello and Antonietta Scilipoti, on the ground of previous musical experiences, plan to create a band, influenced by elements of “extreme styles” . In ’92 the project gets concrete originating Chaos and Technocracy, a band marked with a big live impact and a cool “fat” sound, quite innovative for that period. As a matter of fact, in the ‘90’s it is unusual to hear bands with female vocals, operating into such an extreme musical context. The band becomes well known in the underground and releases 7” EP’s, a live MCD and plays various live gigs, some of which in Italy, Austria and Germany. After five years of intense activity, Chaos and Technocracy split-up officially in December ’97, due to line-up and contractual problems. However the two founder members, availing themselves with their previous experience, decide to create a new band, EVEN VAST.
