Enrique Miguel Preysler Iglesias was born in Madrid Spain in May 8 1978 to Isbel Preysler and Julio Iglesias. His mother, Isbel is a Madrid Journalist and his father, Julio is a singer. Enrique has followed in his father's large footsteps with even larger footsteps of his own. He never really told his parents that he wanted to become a singer. Enrique says "I'm a song writer first, then a singer". He moved from Madrid to Miami when he was only 7 years. He grew up with his nanny, Elvira Olivares during his childhood in Miami Planning since the age of 16, Enrique secretly released his first album in 1995 His first album was a huge success and to date has sold over 6 million copies and his second album, Vivir, has also sold multi-millions.
