Shawn Salters aka EmergeX is one of the top Southwest music producers in the game. His style is uncanny and based solely on his mood, “at the moment” drawing inspiration from his surrounding and current events. He produces “Beatz” in many genres favoring Hip Hop, Jazz and RnB. EmergeX is no stranger to the entertainment arts; He started making music mixes on tapes as a South High; high school student, in Youngstown, Ohio, Blastin his mixes on his boombox, while walking, with a crowd, to and from school.
