Duncan is a well-known session guitarist on the North Wales, U.K. music scene, having played for countless alternative bands and projects including Skinflick, Papa Lazaroo, Carbonvein, Rhian Mostyn, Jack Sharp and Mongolian Dethkit. He has performed sessions for radio and TV, and played throughout the UK many times. He also performed at the Wave Treffen Gotik festival in Germany, 2004. The constant collaborations prompted Link2Wales to label Duncan the "Ubiquitous Guitar Mercenary", a title that now adorns the album cover. The album, featuring material from Duncan’s solo performances (he chooses to play without backing musicians), borrows from a wide range of genres including jazz, metal, electronica and folk music.
