A palpable excitement is circulating among the relatively few people who have come into contact with Dirty Mercy…A sense that this four piece band based in North Hollywood, CA, is destined to restore the glory of rock ‘n’ roll. Drawing from classic rock greats such as Led Zeppelin, David Bowie, Pink Floyd, and The Rolling Stones, Dirty Mercy defies the current state of music with its warm analogue tones, and it’s unabashedly longer songs, live jams and frequent guitar solos. Ironically, however, what sets Dirty Mercy apart from other bands is that it truly is a product of the times. Half formed on a film set and half formed over the internet, a world shrunk by technology brought together four unlikely partners.
