Dwayne “D” Murphy - giving praise to the King The song “The Greatest Love of All” may mean many things to many people, but to Dwayne Murphy it was the subject of his first public singing experience at the tender age of six. Over the following four years, Dwayne’s love for singing grew along with his religious yearnings. He began attending the Church of Jesus Christ United Pentecostal Church, where he sang on the Sunday School Choir and allowed him to travel to various churches and minister occasionally. Though young, Dwayne was determined to pursue his faith, despite his mother’s cautions about his age. So though born in 1984, Dwayne was “born again” in 1992 after an alter call one night in church, when he was filled with the power of the Holy Ghost.
