Chad William Lodge born July 30, 1980 in Edmonton, AB. In 1993 Chad and his family Jim lodge (father), sandy lodge (mother), and older sister Leanne moved out to their acreage by Alberta Beach (west of the big city). At that time Chad took time to settle into his new country home while attending school at Onaway Jr. Sr. high school. Knowing Chad's childhood influences were Merle Haggard and Garth Brooks his grandpa (William Wilson lodge) bought Chad his first Garth brooks CD. In 1994 Chad started surprising people with his amazing voice. New to the world of country music Chad's family supported him in everyway possible. In 1997 when Chad was 17 he sang for his schools fashion show as well as Onaway's big music festival picnic in the park at elks park. In that same year Chad also played at Laramie's saloon, GJ's annual Country Jamboree, Klondike days in there 12th Annual Youth talent quest, Onaway hotel.
