Australia’s hard rock success story The Butterfly Effect released their debut album “Begins Here” on 4th August, 2003. It debuted at No.23 on the national ARIA Chart and has already sold over 15,000 units. Produced in Australia "Begins Here" was picked up on by legendary producer / mixer Tim Palmer (U2, Pearl Jam) who brought the record to West Hollywood to mix. Prior to its release "Begins Here" is already receiving rave reviews from music critics across the country.
Following a successful 2002, which saw the band perform at all four major festivals, sell out shows across the country and support an EP and single that charted for most of the year, 2003/04 are building up to be exciting years for The Butterfly Effect who are now ready to expand into the international marketplace.
