Boxa was born on September 20th in the city of Kiev, Ukraine. At an early age of 3 Boxa was already reciting poetry in Russian and it was clear that this young kid was destined for more than the average man. Yet soon after Boxa's third birthday his family moved to the United States. Stricken by poverty Boxa saw his parents work multiple jobs in a country where they barely spoke the language in order to provide for their family and allow their son a better and brighter future. It was here in Brooklyn, NY where Boxa began to listen to Hip Hop music and was greatly influenced by artists such as Tupac, Biggie Smalls, KRS One, Run DMC, Dr. Dre and others. Yet that all changed quickly when Boxa and his family moved out of their apartment in Brooklyn to a house in the suburbs of New Jersey. Here Boxa faced a culture shock and one of the biggest changes of his life.
