Born and raised on the Westside of Chicago, music sort of found Boo. In the summer of 1999, while hanging with a few close friends at a downtown McDonalds, Boo bumped into R. Kelly, and the rest is history. He was later featured on R. Kelly's multi-platinum selling album R. on the hit single "We Ride" featuring Jay-Z, Noriega, and Camron. Shortly after, Boo was featured on R. Kelly's multi-platinum selling album, TPT2.com on the chart topping smash hits "I Wish" remix, "Fiesta", and the "Fiesta" Remix featuring Jay-Z. That was only the beginning. His talents and unique Chi-Town style gained the attention of Jermain Dupri and he was later featured on the hit single "Get Some" on the platinum selling album "Instructions".
