"No Reason To Live But We Like It" Says the members of the Philadelphia based "pop-rock" band The Bloodhound Gang, but success was not easy for this five piece of musicians who consider themselves to write 5th grade lyrics. It all started in Philadelphia Pa in the early 90s when Jimmy Pop Ali along side partner Daddy Long Legs (now in the hardcore rap-metal band Wolf Pac) both sang and produced their 1995 major label debut album "Use Your Fingers" on Columbia records. This record was failure in the eyes of Columbia records. After the failure of this record ,Daddy Long Legs , along with band mates M.S.G., and Skip O' Pot2mus left the bloodhound gang to peruse other projects . But Jimmy Pop and Lupus stayed with the bloodhound gang and hired new members, D.J. Q-ball on turntables, Evil Jarad on bass, and Spanky - G on drums made the line up complete to start work on their next record 1996's "One Fierce Beer Coaster" on Geffen/Republic records. ... |
