Bio of Clinton “C3” Tripplett CEO/Producer/Songwriter/Engineer/Computer Technician of Black Lung Entertainment, I was born Clinton Tripplett, but my industry name is “C3”. A couple of friends of mine: Ryan “Sheff” Sheffield, Ollie “O.G.” Grayson, and myself had a common interest in hip-hop and a very strong belief in our ability to create music. From our bonding belief we created a name for a recording label we wanted to establish called Black Lung Entertainment. We also noticed that everyone around our neighborhood said they were rappers but no one actually took the time to invest in a real home studio. So I took it upon myself to create a great “project” studio where my talented group of friends could come create some “magic” and help individuals like Lebron James, Ray Cash, and Avant put Cleveland back on the map.
