Barbara Hascakova was born in the Slovak Republic formerly known as Czechoslovakia. At very young age she was interested in music and had shown exceptional talent. She then entered the music industry at the age of fourteen. Her artist name is "BARBARA". She has recorded and released 12 albums in total. 2 solos, 3 duos, 1 with a band and 6 with various artists. The first album "I FEEL GOOD" was released in 1994. It had a great success in central Europe and she was awarded a PLATINUM RECORD. The hit song "DO IT" became number 1 in Europe. The following year Barbara signed on with POLYGRAM RECORDS of Czech Republic under the name "MC ERIC & BARBARA".
