Since December 1995, Curtis Smith better known as B Dot has been a child of hip-hop. First involving himself with high school dance teams as well as participating in talent shows throughout the city of Worcester, MA. Born in the heart of New York City, Harlem USA, B Dot moved to Massachusetts with his Mother at an early age, more so to be given an opportunity for greatness. In 1997, B Dot teamed with Lil' Klep and Figure Of Speech to form the trio 180. As a group, 180 took the state of Massachusetts by storm, performing in Boston, Fitchburg, Bellingham, Conneticut, Providence and Springfield, Ma to name a few. 180's first live performance was held in The Worcester Palladium in front of 1500 fans who received the group well. Never once having proper management, the group was forced to conduct self-promotion, however through mutual acquaintances the trio reached New York, Philidelphia and Atlanta audiances.
