Hailing from Las Vegas, Nevada, Ashbury is one of the hottest alternative rock bands to hit the music scene this decade. With ties to notable artists such as Fall Out Boy and The Cab, they are a force that can no longer be ignored, and they are ready to make a scene. Formed by brothers Brian and Jeremy Lee in 2005, Joey Resly was quick to join in, as Patrick Wylde followed in 2006 and Lenny Lujan was the last piece to the puzzle, joining in 2008. The band first found success when they won both a local and the subsequent national “Have a Nice Gig” contest thrown by internationally known artist Bon Jovi in 2006. After initially playing with Bon Jovi at MGM Grand Gardens in Las Vegas, Jon Bon Jovi and Ritchie Sambora personally invited the band to join them on their tour at Giant’s Stadium in New Jersey, in front of 50,000 people.
