Anno Domini (A.D as they are also known) formed in early 2005 playing doom/black and death metal covers. The band then produced a doom metal track entitled "For The Still Mistress" which was on the greatest fitz compilation and also the underearthed 4 australian underground metal compilation. The band since then has changed their sound to a heavier genre of metal (black/death metal) but still incorporates doom metal elements ion their writings.
