With a heart in Memphis and a home split between Arkansas & Oklahoma, Ryan McClellan finally decided it was time for his music to enter the world. On the heels of heartache, pain and fragile hope McClellan encountered Britton Thurlow, a kindred soul metal rocker hailing from the big-hair/tight-pants era, with a love for keeping the beat, and Analog Heartbreak was born. The two joined with road-warrior Quint Anderson, an already successful bassist for Charlie Hall, and laid down their self-titled EP in June of 2006. Charismatic front-man McClellan leads the charge driven with a passion and intensity so persuasive that few can resist joining him for the ride, while Anderson lends his experience, and Thurlow anchors the band with his laid-back California living ease. Citing influences as far-ranging as Ryan Adams to Rush, it is no surprise that the music offers satisfaction to anyone within listening distance.
