Aleksandra Popovska belongs to a new tradition of macedonian singers, delving into the shadows of the past to recover shimmering melodies and seductive rhythms. Her seemingly effortless interpretative skills come from years of work assembling the songs, the stories and the steps of music and dances once consigned to history in order to to create a complex and highly emotional hybrid of old and modern. Aleksandra was born in Ex Yugoslavia.Studied music in Macedonia and Netherlands.During studies performed with female vocal trio and collaborated with almost all producers in the country.She participated in recordings of over twenty Cds in different music genres.With several group she appears on many music festivals,Eurovision song contest...
