Alabama Black Mafia (A.B.M.) Entertainment was formed the summer of 2007. Co CEO’s Shermlocc AKA $Big MOney$ and Casino Da Messiah (his nephew), decided to continue the success of past music endeavors by providing the public another music enterprise for their enjoyment. $Big MOney$ has been instrumental in the St. Louis Hip-Hop underground for years. In 1996, he formed No Fear with brother-n-law K-Tone (formerly known as Ric-loc). The group fine-tuned their skills and in 1997 was renamed City Dwellaz. New members were added to the group; among these was 2 Lost Da Punisher. The group was able to secure a deal with Can-I-Live Entertainment in 1998. The City Dwellaz toured with the company and was able to be the opening acts for Trina and Trick Daddy to name a few. 2000 however, the company folded and $Big MOney$ and K-Tone decided to form Out The Milla Recordz.
