Throughout their impressive 5-year career, Air have openly embraced new challenges, continually driving themselves to explore the boundaries of their skills as composers. At the end of 2001, following a sold out tour of the U.S., their first ever broadcast TV appearance and the darkly fascinating new album "10,000 Hz. Legend", Air (JB Dunckel and Nicolas Godin), began to consider their next musical adventure. Well, we can now announce the initial details of the next Air recording, slated for release on March 25th. Alessandro Baricco is Italy's most famous contemporary writer, known for his unusual characterizations and lyrical, poetic style. He originally contacted Air in summer 2002 for a live performance in a theater during readings of one of his best selling novels "City".
