ARTIST: AGENT DOUBLE E - Renée Asteria BIO Renée Asteria (Agent Double E) is more then just a singer. A songstress, guitarist and activist, Renee's music is a union of the art and social work that define who she is. Born in New Jersey, Renée grew up in France with a Bolivian father and Dutch mother. Writing came naturally to Renée at a young age. Throughout her life, she used her gift of expression to write about things close to her heart, including her studies of Public Health & Environmental Sciences. With elements of Folk, Rock and Reggae combined with the sounds of Latin America, Renée expresses in her music a passion for social work, and an appreciation for the many cultures and people she has learned from as she studied and traveled the world. In 2005 Renée self produced her first record, which was followed by a demo she worked on with (produced) Quinoa Groove (Andean Rock).
